Man who was hit by a bus in Nabua runs away from hospital

A 49-year-old man who was allegedly hit by a bus has run away from hospital after he was admitted yesterday.

Police say the man who was captured in a video that is circulating on social media was taken to the CWM Hospital yesterday afternoon after the incident occurred near the traffic lights in Nabua.

It is alleged that the man was hit by the bus while it was on its way to Suva.

The man allegedly ran in front of the bus.
