A man in his 40’s has passed away after the cane truck he was driving veered off the road along Tuvu, Ba at 3 this morning.
Police say as a result the truck caught fire.
They further say the driver was stuck inside the truck and National Fire Authority officers managed to get the driver out and he was rushed to the Lautoka Hospital.
Investigations continue.
