The driver of the vehicle alleged to have caused the death of a 49-year old man from Draiba Village following an accident along Valley Road in Navula, Sigatoka has been charged.
The incident happened on Sunday night.
The 59-year-old man allegedly lost control of the vehicle resulting in the accident.
He has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death and will be produced in the Sigatoka Magistrates Court today.
The victim died at the scene of the accident.
