Man charged for allegedly murdering wife to front court today

A 39-year-old man who allegedly murdered his 38-year-old wife will be produced in the Nadi Magistrates Court today.

He is charged with one count of murder.

Police say the man allegedly seriously assaulted his wife in their home in Narewa, Nadi on Sunday.

They say the man had a heated argument with the wife as to why she had arrived home late.
