President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere

Listen to your parents. That is very important as it is the only door you can open that will guide you to whatever is in front of you.

This was message relayed to the students of Early Childhood learning center, who visited the State House and interacted with the President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere.

Ratu Wiliame also emphasized the importance of reading to the young students.

He says when children know how to read, they can conquer the world.

He adds that students should try to master the art of reading, as it will carry them a long way in their pursuit of education.

The President says education is crucial for personal growth, societal progress, and the pursuit of knowledge and opportunities.

He says let it be a beacon of hope.

Beacon Learning Centre is a private school located on Matana Street, Nakasi. The school supports the education of children with learning disabilities, specifically those with autism.

The school was established in 2017, and is locally owned and run by Director Fane Saumaibulu and her team of staff.
