Fiji Airways Men’s 7s coach Ben Gollings says the LA 7s this weekend is good preparation for them ahead of the World Cup Sevens in Cape Town next month.
With Fiji highly likely to meet either South Africa or New Zealand in the quarter finals, Gollings says this is what they need.
Fiji’s first pool match is against Wales at 6.10am Sunday, they will then play France at 9.31am Sunday in their second match and then meet Ireland at 1.05pm Sunday in their final match.
The cup quarters will start at 5.13am Monday, the cup semis will start at 9.09am Monday while the cup final will start at 12.28pm Monday.
