It would be difficult for the athletes if we have the Coca-Cola Games just in one day according to Coke’s National Sales Manager, Lawrence Tikaram.

He says they will have discussions on this with the Ministry of Education and come up with a solution after the Ministry reaffirmed that the date for the Coca Cola Games is July 9th.

We have asked the Permanent Secretary for Education, Doctor Anjeela Jokhan if the games is only on July 9th or from July 7th to 9th.

We have also asked if the August dates announced earlier were not approved by the Education Minister.

She is yet to respond.
