Hope was restored to young people's lives in Nakasi after the new Moana St Clare Boys Hostel was opened on Saturday.

While opening the hostel, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka says the home will provide the young residents with the foundation to become responsible and caring men who contribute positively to society.

Rabuka strongly believes the home will help teenagers grow into responsible and caring individuals.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of acknowledging both the chapters of life that fill us with pride and those that may not be as flattering, as they collectively shape our journeys.

He says the home stands as a testament to the compassionate visionaries who conceptualized the idea of building a home for the boys.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister also expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to the construction of the hostel and extended his best wishes to the young boys who would call the Moana St Clare Boys Hostel their new home.
