As part of its 65th Sapphire Anniversary celebrations, Suva Grammar School will be hosting its concert in style tonight at the Vodafone Arena.

Speaking to fijivillage News, school teacher and concert director, Annie Mawi says students and ex-scholars will be performing at the event.

She says ex-scholar and musician Natalie Raikadroka, along with other artists making waves in the industry, will also take the stage tonight.

The Concert Director further notes that the students are well-prepared, excited, and a little nervous, but she is confident they will perform well tonight.

Mawi encourages people to come and watch the Grammar concert, describing it as a one-of-a-kind experience.

She says they don't put a theme, there’s no limit to anything, and they let the kids do what they love best.

She further says, “There’s no set theme, no limits—we let the kids do what they love best.”

Mawi adds that they value the performing arts 100 percent, and therefore the Grammar’s live student band will also be rocking the stage.

The concert kicks off at 7pm and runs until 9.30pm at the Vodafone Arena.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased through the Ticket Max website.
