Francis Puleiwai takes stand today in FICAC Commissioner appointment Inquiry

Former Acting Deputy Commissioner Francis Puleiwai is taking the stand as a key witness in the Commission of Inquiry into the appointment of FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali.

The session is set to continue throughout the day.

Senior legal counsel Janet Mason confirms that the inquiry has three more witnesses to go and is expected to wrap up this week.

She also reveals that a closed session will be held next week, where some politicians and Members of Parliament are expected to testify.
