While speaking at the parade, Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources and Acting Minister for Defence, Filimoni Vosarogo highlighted to them that following lawful orders is their life now.

Vosarogo told the officers that their character will be tested as to how they deal with the power their uniform gives them.

The Minister has urged them to serve to the best of their abilities.

Vosarogo thanked the officers’ families for the sacrifices they made.

He has asked them to support the officers as they take up their new roles.
