The Punjas Pacific Battle Series round 2 clash between the Fiji Water Flying Fijians and The Manu Samoa side today will be crucial for both sides as they want to keep their respective winning records on their road to the Rugby World Cup this year.

It will also be a top-of-the-table clash as the winning side will claim top spot heading into round 3 of the competition next week.

Meanwhile, Japan and Tonga will also be gunning to register their first win in the competition when the two teams clash at 10pm tonight.

The Flying Fijians are currently leading the points table with 5 points after their 36-20 bonus point win over Tonga last weekend.

Samoa is in second place with 4 points after their close 24-22 win over Japan last weekend, followed by Japan with 1 point.

Tonga is in 4th place with no points yet.

The Flying Fijians will take on Samoa at 2pm in Apia, Samoa.
