The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians test match against the Wallabies which was supposed to be played in Townsville has been postponed.

The one-off test was supposed to be played on the 18th of July this year but Rugby Australia have confirmed that it has been postponed due to COVID-19.

Rugby Australia Interim CEO Rob Clarke says the move was expected but they have not given up hope on finding a new window for their tests.

Meanwhile, Fiji’s Pacific Nations Cup matches against Tonga on July 4th and against Samoa on July 11th are on hold.

The matches against Samoa and Tonga are likely to be held in Suva in October if all goes well.
