The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have moved into the top 10 of the latest World Rugby rankings after their 33-19 bonus-point win over Samoa last Saturday in round 2 of the Punjas Pacific Battle Series.

The Flying Fijians were ranked 13th before the game and after the away win, they managed to collect 1.51 points to climb up three places back into 10th place, a position they have been missing from for quite some time.

The Manu Samoa side has dropped to 13th place after that loss just one week after being promoted to the 10th position.

The Flying Fijians now head to Tokyo this weekend to take on Japan for the final round of the Pacific Battle Series.

The Flying Fijians versus Japan game kicks off at 10.15pm Saturday.
