A Flash Flood Warning remains in force for low-lying and flood-prone areas in the southern and eastern parts of Viti Levu, from Serua–Namosi, Suva–Nausori, Tailevu and Nalawa in Ra, and the interior of Naitasiri.
A Flash Flood Warning also remains in force for the whole of Vanua Levu.
A Flash Flood Alert is now in force for the western half of Viti Levu, from Rakiraki, Ba, Nadi and Sigatoka, and their interior areas.
The Nadi Weather Office says an active trough of low pressure remains over the northern and eastern parts of Fiji and is gradually moving eastwards.
They say it is associated with cloud, showers and rain, which are expected to affect the northern and eastern parts until later today.
Meanwhile, a Heavy Rain Warning remains in force for Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, and the Lau and Lomaiviti groups, and has now been cancelled for the other parts of Fiji.
