Over the past few years, Fiji’s outsourcing industry has gained prominence amongst international investors.

This was highlighted by the Executive Director of Outsource Fiji Sagufta Janif while announcing the launch of registrations for the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan and the Infrastructure Standards Launch for Fiji’s outsourcing industry.

She adds that with more international businesses coming into Fiji, it is imperative that we have infrastructure, which is in line with the international best practices, and of a standard, which allows these businesses to begin their operations with ease.

Janif adds that Outsource Fiji will be launching its 2021-2025 strategic plan with the four-year plan aiming to transform Fiji’s outsourcing industry into an even more sustainable and a progressive industry.

She says this move will solidify the Fijian government’s commitment to give 20 years tax holiday for anyone who commits to capital investment.

The launch of this Strategic Plan and the Infrastructure Standards Document will also have a panel discussion featuring key personnel from different sectors to talk about the infrastructure needs and incentives in the industry.
