The Vodafone Fijiana XVs are looking forward to rising to the challenge in the upcoming Women’s Rugby World Cup in England next week.

Fijiana is in Pool B alongside Canada, Scotland and Wales.

Coach Ioan Cunningham says it is a great challenge for them, and it is a very tough and competitive pool.

Cunningham says playing world number 2-ranked Canada in their first pool match is a great challenge, knowing they are up there with some of the best teams around.

The coach says the other teams will also be used to Fijiana’s style and strengths.

Cunningham says this is a great opportunity for them to do something special.

The Fijiana XVs will take on Canada at 4.30am next Sunday in their first pool match.
