The Fijiana 7s team has set a target of winning the Women’s Rugby 7s World Cup in Cape Town this month.

Coach, Saiasi Fuli says they have picked their best players to go and deliver this objective.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama presented the Fijiana with their new jerseys and also wished them well for the tournament in South Africa.

Fuli has named his 13 member squad with the notable inclusion of speedster Aloesi Nakoci who is making a return after missing out in the Commonwealth games due to injury.

Other players include captain Rusila Nagasau, Lavenia Tinai, Rejieli Daveua, Vasiti Solikoviti, Lavena Cavuru, Reapi Uluinasau, Viniana Riwai, Ana Naimasi, Sesenieli Donu, Vani Buleki, Verenaisi Bari and Laisani Moceisawana.

The Rugby 7s World Cup will be held from the 9th to the 11th of this month.
