A 17-year-old Fiji born teenager has passed away after being swept away at the Cascade Falls in Waitakere, New Zealand.

Sosiveta Turagaiviu who is a student at Massey High School was among a group of five friends who got in trouble at the Cascade Falls in the Waitakere Ranges after a sudden downpour in the area on Saturday.
