FRU to announce decision on Gollings at 1pm, inside sources say Kolinisau tipped to come in

2016 Olympic Gold medal winning captain, Osea Kolinisau is tipped to take the Fiji Airways National Men’s 7s coach’s job if Ben Gollings is removed as coach today.

Inside sources say the board has decided to remove Gollings after leading the team to 19 tournament losses.

The FRU remains tightlipped.

Interim Chair, Peter Mazey has confirmed that the FRU board will have a final meeting this morning regarding the Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s and Fijiana Women’s National 7s teams.

Mazey has told fijivillage News that they met until around 7pm last night, and decided to meet again today.

He confirms that the board met the coaching staff of both the men’s and women’s 7s teams.

Mazey says they will have a press conference at 1pm today.
