The FMF Suva Rugby Union side has opted for the underdog tag heading into this weekend’s Inkk Farebrother Trophy Challenge against holders Nadroga.

Coach Solomoni Nute says Nadroga is a champion and the Capital City side will focus on controlling their set pieces.

Nute says if they can control their set pieces, they can control the whole game and the points will come by itself.

He says winning against Nadroga in the first round of the Skipper Cup competition this year is history, now is a different ball game and they are also focusing on getting their fitness up to the level required.

Nute says he is looking to put together a formidable side with a mixture of experienced players and under 20s players who are part of the development program.

He says they have some experienced players like Enele Malele, John Stewart and some of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua development players.

Suva will take on Nadroga at 3pm this Saturday at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
