The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s side will play France at 3.03am tomorrow after going down 24-21 to New Zealand in the second semifinal.

Vuiviwa Naduvalo put on a man of the match performance with a hattrick but even that could not help Fiji as New Zealand loaded up attackers on the side.

The Kiwis scored through Akuila Rokolisoa, Brady Rush with a double and Dylan Collier.

New Zealand led 14-7 at halftime.

While Fiji had more passes, carries and offloads New Zealand had more clean breaks which reflected in the scoreboard.

Fiji received a yellow card in the dying seconds of the game to Ilikimi Vunaki for a shoulder to the head contact.

The Osea Kolinisau coached side breezed easily past Argentina 26-19 in their first pool game, dispatching South Africa 28-10 before going down to France 24-19 in their last pool game.

The Men's Cup Final is at 4.11am tomorrow.

In other games, Australia beat France 14-0 in the first semifinal, Great Britain edged Argentina 24-19.
