The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua put in a gallant effort as they lost 35-18 to Super Rugby Pacific leaders Blues in Melbourne.

The Blues outscored the Fijian Drua 5 tries to 2.

Mesulame Dolokoto and Onisi Ratave scored a try each for the Drua while Simione Kuruvoli kicked a conversion and 2 penalties.

AJ Lam scored twice for the Blues while Sam Darry, Marcel Renata and Rieko Ioane scored a try each.

The Blues led 21-10 at the break.

In another match last night, the Hurricanes beat the Reds 30-17.

Meanwhile, fijivillage is giving you a chance to win 1 Drua jersey and 2 silver tickets to watch the Drua vs Highlanders clash live at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.
