Former TLTB board member Keni Dakuidreketi's appeal against his sentence and conviction has been dismissed by the Fiji Court of Appeal.
Dakuidreketi was sentenced to six years imprisonment with a non-parole period of five years in 2014.
The Suva High Court had then convicted him of five counts of abuse of office for the purpose of gain.
