Fiji-born former England winger Joe Cokanasiga scored a try to help his Bath side secure a 34-20 win over Viliame Mata and Kalaveti Ravouvou’s Bristol Bears in their Gallagher Premiership semi final match this morning.
Bath made an impressive second half come back to secure the win after being down 13-6 at the break.
Great defence and perfect execution in attack from the home side in the second half helped them score 28 points while the Bears only managed to score 7 points.
Bristol Bears winger Kalaveti Ravouvou was all over the park despite receiving a yellow card in the first half as he topped the metres gained stats with 114 metres in 14 runs, beating 12 defenders and making 2 clean line breaks.
Bath now books a spot in the Gallagher Premiership Grand Final and awaits the winner of the second semi final between Sale Sharks and Leicester Tigers that will kick off at 2.30am tomorrow.
Former Fiji Water Flying Fijians flyhalf Ben Volavola has been named on the bench for the Tigers.
