Christmas came early for WOWS Kids Fiji as Digicel Fiji donated $20,000 towards them as a shining beacon of hope and support during this festive season.

Co-founder of WOWS Kids Fiji, Sina Kami expressed her profound gratitude and said Digicel Fiji’s generosity is like a warm embrace during these trying times.

Kami says this contribution will go beyond financial aid and it will infuse hope into the lives of the children they cherish and their families, especially in the face of the current challenges.

Digicel Fiji CEO, Farid Mohammed says the company’s commitment to the communities they serve is deeply rooted in empathy and they feel privileged to stand side by side with WOWS Kids Fiji, a non-profit organisation on a mission to uplift children battling cancer and their families in their noble cause.

Mohammed says this donation is not just financial support as it is also a testament to their unwavering values of inclusivity and making a positive difference in the lives of those who need it most.

WOWS Kids Fiji says the generous donation is set to serve as a lifeline for families navigating the challenging journey of childhood cancer treatment.

They say it will also strengthen the foundation of WOWS Kids Fiji’s ongoing support programs.

They add the funds will assist in securing vital medical supplies and equipment amplifying the organisation’s ability to provide comprehensive care for the children under its wing.
