Case of 13 year old facing rape charge transferred to the Juvenile Court

A 13 year old boy who allegedly raped his 7 year old half sister has had his case transferred to the Juvenile Court.

The alleged incident happened between 1st January 2021 to December 2021.

He will take his plea next Friday.
