Bus collides head-on with a locomotive in Nadi

Bus driver and more than 47 passengers taken to hospital for treatment

A bus had a head-on collision with a locomotive driven by a 45 year old of Moala village, Nadi whilst crossing the road in Navo yesterday.

Police say the locomotive driver and a boy escaped injuries while the bus driver and more than 47 passengers were taken to Nadi Hospital for treatment.

They are currently under observation.
