Bred Bank Fiji will soon launch its new branch in Vanua Levu.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka highlighted this while meeting the staff of Bred Bank.

He urged the staff not to forget where the Bank started as it was first established to help people at the grassroots level.

Rabuka says when one starts from the grassroots they do not forget the hardships and the staff should understand that Bred Bank also comes from a very humble beginning.

Bred Bank Fiji CEO Thierry Charras Gillot acknowledged the Prime Minister for taking time out from the GCC meeting to meet the staff.

Gillot reassured their commitment to its customers as their collaboration is stronger under the government with the passion of building a prosperous and more resilient economy.

He says they are looking to open a new branch at the Harbour Centre point next month and a new branch in Labasa in September.
