‘A good leader sees the potential when others may not’.
These were the words of encouragement shared by Inspector Shamiana Mohammed to students of PT. Shreedhar Maharaj College during their Prefect's Investiture Ceremony.
She told the students that no one is perfect, and it takes a good and decisive leader to see the potential when others see just the bad.
IP Mohammed told them to be the leader that influences others to succeed.
She went on to say that a good leader is modest, fair and just and a good leader surrounds themselves with honest and trustworthy counsellors.
