A beaver seaplane capsizes at Wailoaloa, Nadi

A Beaver seaplane whilst attempting to depart from the Turtle Airways base in Nadi encountered difficulties yesterday afternoon.

The seaplane capsized at Wailoaloa, Nadi.

Airports Fiji Limited’s search and rescue team responded to the aircraft accident and rescued all six passengers who were taken safely back to the Turtle Airways base.

The seaplane was later towed back to shore.
