96.5% of the target population have received at least of dose of a COVID-19 vaccine while 50.9% are now fully vaccinated nationwide.

According to the Ministry of Health's dashboard, 566,128 adults have received one dose while 298,834 adults have received their two doses.

Permanent Secretary for Health Dr James Fong says there are 221 COVID-19 patients admitted in the hospital.

98 patients are admitted at the Lautoka Hospital, 18 patients are admitted at the FEMAT field hospital, and 105 are admitted at CWM hospital, St Giles, and Makoi.

Dr Fong says 16 patients are considered to be in severe condition, and 10 are in critical condition.
