79% pass rate for Year 13 external exams while 74% for Year 12

79% of students passed Year 13 external examinations while 74% passed Year 12 exams this year.

The Education Ministry says both the results have noted a 1% decrease in the pass rate compared to last year.

Minister Rosy Akbar says despite the disruptions caused by COVID-19, it is pleasing to see that students did well.

Akbar has thanked all teachers, students and parents for their hard work and looks forward to their continued support this year.
