Two children are believed to have drowned in a river near Vatutu Village in Nadi this afternoon.
Police say the victims are a 4-year old boy and a 2-year old girl.
The incident occurred after 2pm.
The 2-year child’s body has been recovered while the search for the 4-year old boy is continuing.
Investigations are underway in relation to the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
