35 year old Fijian man charged in relation to domestic violence related allegations, to appear in Windsor Court this afternoon

A 35 year old Fijian man who is charged in relation to domestic violence related allegations, will appear in Windsor Court in Sydney this afternoon.

New South Wales Court officials confirm there are 17 charges and an Apprehended Violence Application.

The man is charged with 5 counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, 2 counts of stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm, 4 counts of common assault, 1 count of destroy or damage property, 1 count of intentionally distributing intimate image without consent and 4 counts of intentionally choking etc person without consent.

The matter is listed for mention this afternoon.

The man is on bail with conditions.

An interim suppression order is granted.

Anything that would reveal the names of either the victim or accused is prohibited from publication and disclosure until the point of time when it is determined that the matter will be finalised in the Local Court.

The order applies to the Commonwealth of Australia.
