A 24-year-old man died in an accident along the Togovere Road in Sigatoka yesterday afternoon.
Police say the victim who was from Togovere was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a man in his 20s who is from Naidovi.
The incident occurred before 6pm.
They say the suspect allegedly lost control of the vehicle causing it to veer off the road.
Investigations continue and a post mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
