17-year old Yee and Nagasau to make Fijian Drua Women’s debut against the Brumbies

17-year-old former MGM High School U18 Women’s captain and former Suva Rugby Women's forward Carletta Yee and former Fijiana 7s captain Rusila Nagasau will make their debut for the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s side when they host the Brumbies in Lautoka this Saturday.

Yee will start at lock and Nagasau will start at blindside flanker.

Head Coach Ifereimi Rawaqa has selected a fresh starting 15 with powerhouse prop Ana Korovata starting at loosehead, Tiana Robanakadavu at tighthead and last week’s try scorer Loraini Senivutu, will start at hooker.

Fuga Ofakimalino partners with Yee at locks, while Nagasau and Nunia Daunimoala starts at flanker.

Bitila Tawake is at number 8.

In the backline, Setaita Railumu will partner with Salanieta Kinita at halves, while vice-captain Vitalina Naikore moves from centre to left wing for this match.

Repeka Tove retains her place at right wing.

Ema Adivitaloga starts at inside centre with Merewairita Neivosa outside her, while Litiana Vueti completes the starting line-up at fullback.

On the bench, Keleni Marawa is the backup hooker, Salanieta Nabuli will cover the loosehead prop role with captain Vika Matarugu as the backup for tighthead.

Alfreda Fisher will cover for the locks while Karalaini Naisewa will cover the loose forward trio.

Kolora Lomani is the backup halfback with Josivini Naihamu covering the inside halves and Luisa Tisolo completes the bench for the Drua.

The Drua Women’s side will host the Brumbies at 3.30pm Saturday at Lautoka's Churchill Park.
