Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Viliame Gavoka says they are expecting a lot more competition this year in the Tourism sector.
While speaking on the outlook for the Tourism sector this year, Gavoka says Fiji had a brilliant year in 2023, but the Tourism sector will need to be smart this year.
He says this year, they are expecting more competition as many countries have opened up their borders.
While understanding that this year will be a challenge for the Tourism sector, Gavoka is adamant that Fiji will do great this year.
