3 lose lives in horrific accident

Three people are the latest victims on our road this year after they were involved in an accident yesterday afternoon.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro said they were travelling on a four-wheel drive towards Nadi when they collided with a truck on its way to Lautoka.

Naisoro said the truck went on the opposite lane and collided with the four-wheel drive at the Sabeto bridge.

Another two are admitted in the hospital who were passengers of the four wheel drive.

The truck driver is in police custody.
