Church against doctor’s statement

The Methodist Church has come out strongly against the statement by the Acting Permanent Secretary for Health, Doctor Joe Koroivueta.

Methodist Church President, Reverend Tuikilakila Waqairatu said they are educating their members about abstinence.

Waqairatu added that more discussion needs to take place about the issue of prostitution.
