15 people charged with looting during Cyclone Evan
15 people are expected to appear in a special court sitting at Lautoka Magistrates Court today for their alleged involvement in looting two supermarkets during Tropical Cyclone Evan.

14 people have been charged with burglary and theft for allegedly breaking in and stealing $20,000 worth of groceries from a supermarket wholesale bulk between the 17th to 18th December.

In another incident, a 24-year-old male has been charged with burglary and theft for allegedly stealing $2,000 worth of liquor and cigarettes from a supermarket in Lautoka.
