A woman from Cunningham Stage 1 is calling for better security after she was robbed in her driveway while leaving for work early this morning.
Speaking to fijivillage News, Sheetal Chand says the incident happened at about 6.30am after she opened her gate and got into her vehicle.
She says as she was reversing, a man opened the rear door, grabbed her handbag and lunch bag, and ran off.
Police have not identified any suspect or laid any charges in relation to the incident.
Chand says she reported the matter to the Cunningham Police Station before taking CCTV footage to the Nabua Police Station.
She says Police and forensic officers later visited her home, examined her vehicle, inspected the scene and reviewed the CCTV footage.
Police are yet to comment on the incident.
