Police are currently investigating the death of a 14 year old girl in Vunisamaloa, Ba.
The 14 year old girl was found by a close relative after calling for help in their bathroom suffering from burns and claimed that two unknown men had burnt her on Sunday.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the girl was rushed to the Ba Mission Hospital and transferred to the Lautoka Hospital after sustaining 90 percent burns to her body.
The 14 year old girl passed away yesterday and investigations continue to ascertain the circumstances surrounding her death.
The post mortem examination will be conducted today.
