Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach Osea Kolinisau says the team must approach every match as if it were a quarter-final and maintain the mental discipline needed to secure maximum points in their tough Cape Town pool games.
Kolinisau says they cannot afford to be casual under the new 7s format and has reminded the players of the importance of starting strong.
He says Fiji must not allow opponents to score early and force them into a catch-up situation, adding that maintaining the lead and applying pressure throughout will be crucial.

Kolinisau adds that the side needs to put themselves in the right positions on the field, and failing to do so will make it difficult for them to win.
