The Vodafone Flying Fijians kept in the fight as they went down 38-23 to Wales in their second Autumn Test this morning.

The Fijians played most of the game with 14 men after Eroni Sau was handed a red card for a swinging arm to the head of Wales centre Johnny Williams.

Fiji started with a try from skipper Waisea Nayacalevu in the 4th minute and Ben Volavola added a penalty to give them a comfortable 10-0 lead.

Wales responded with a try to hooker Ryan Elias and Kieran Hardy to take a 14-13 lead at the break.

Nayacalevu's second try came after the second half giving Fiji a 23-14 lead.

Fiji held on to the lead for the next 15 minutes but a try to Alex Cuthbert reduced the deficit to a one point difference.

Wales scored another two tries from Liam Williams and Louis Rees-Zammit that sealed the victory for the hosts.

This is Wales first win of the Autumn Test following defeats to New Zealand and South Africa.

It's an impressive feat for the Fijian team since they have just been together for just over a week.

In other results, Ireland beat the All Blacks 29-20, England beat Wallabies 32-15 and Argentina beat Italy 37-16.
