Tonga defeats Fiji Bati

Tonga defeated the Vodafone Fiji Bati 26‑24 in a entertaining one off rugby league test last night.

It is also the first time that Tonga has beaten Fiji in a Rugby League match.

Fiji scored four tries through Viliame Kikau, James Storer, Ben Nakubuwai and Daniel Saifiti while Apisai Koroisau kicked four conversions.

Tonga managed to score five tries.
