The Northern Sharks team from Cakaudrove, Bua and Macuata will use the Digicel Suva International 7s to expose their players to top level rugby and also win the heart of the Fiji Rugby Union administrators, to bring a lot of development to Vanua Levu.
Manager Joji Dregaso said that they have named a strong side to represent them in the three day tournament which includes most of the players from the Police side that upset the star studded Wardens in the Suva 7s in Labasa.
Dregaso added they were eyeing upsets in their Pool game with the Fiji Barbarians, Tonga and Waimanu and believes that this will be a chance for his boys to do their province proud.
The Suva International 7s kicks off on Thursday at 4.40pm with Wardens playing PNG.
The Northern Sharks and Fiji Barbarians will play in the last game of at 7.29pm.
