In a sight to make All Blacks fans weep, Brad Thorn is helping out at the Wallabies camp.
The 59‑test All Black was filmed wearing Australian rugby gear and lending a hand yesterday as Michael Cheika's Australia squad prepare for their Bledisloe Cup opener on August 19 in Sydney.
Thorn is a cross‑code trans‑Tasman international, having been raised from the age of eight in Queensland and representing Australia's rugby league team eight times.
He is also a current Queensland Reds assistant coach and would likely be increasing his coaching skills by getting involved at the camp.
Also at the camp would be Australian skills coach Mick Byrne, who was All Blacks skills coach for their 2011 and 2015 World Cup wins before joining Australia last year.
