Water supply has been restored this morning to residents living in elevated areas of Lami as the Water Authority of Fiji continues work to restore supply to all affected areas.
WAF has confirmed to fijivillage News that restoration works are ongoing to assist other areas still without water.
Some residents have also called in to confirm that their water supply has been restored.
Concerned residents had earlier contacted fijivillage News seeking assistance after being without water from yesterday until this morning, and WAF’s swift action has resulted in the restoration of the supply.
