The two men alleged to have been involved in an attempted robbery in Tacirua Heights over the weekend have been charged.
Both have been charged with one count of attempted robbery, two counts of resisting arrest and two counts of refusing to provide fingerprints.
They will appear in the Nasinu Magistrates Court today.
The suspects were apprehended by the Southern Division Taskforce on Saturday, although some officers sustained injuries after the men threw stones at them during the arrest.
A video of the incident went viral on social media, capturing a woman bravely throwing stones at one of the suspects to defend herself.
